Experience and High Quality Standards

Nordco Rail Services has a staff of highly trained Chief Operators, Supervisors, and Drivers. All Field Supervisors have over 15 years of rail flaw detection experience. Field Supervisors perform a quarterly audit on each truck to check calibration, maintenance, and quality of test. Our Quality Control Auditor reviews playback CD's from each truck at least once a quarter. CD's are randomly selected and a minimum of five miles is reviewed for various factors to ensure our quality standards are being met.

Customer Support

Nordco Rail Services provides an array of services in conjunction with our testing to meet your data management needs. We offer full planning support on testing and quality control programs. Daily or monthly reports can be provided that detail mileage, hourly breakdown for testing and delay times. We can also furnish all defect data along with GPS tagging of defects. Reports can be furnished in pdf, excel or access database formats.
